In addition to an unbelievable list of additional benefits, my Veteran Agent Advocate informed me that I also get a $50/monthly Visa card, which can be used for food, utility bills, etc. And it costs $0 to me. I am now receiving an additional $100 back in my Social Security check monthly, and I'm in the process of scheduling a dental cleaning. My Veteran Agent Advocate has set me up with a great program that I'm receiving numerous new benefits from, and I love it. This program sounds too good to be true, but I'm here to report it is true.

It sounded ‘too good to be true’, but it wasn’t! We signed up immediately for the Patriot Plan last year. This has been one of the greatest decisions that we've made in our lives. Ever. We were able to finally get our teeth fixed after waiting a long time! We also utilized the over the counter benefit, joined a gym with the free membership, and started earning additional rewards which show-up as dollars on our U-Card (which we use to buy groceries).

We’ve been enrolled in the plan for several months now and couldn’t be happier. Not only did it not cost us anything, they put $60.00 back into our Medicare costs. They also give us $40.00 each, every quarter for over-the-counter medications. I’ve had several health issues since enrolling in the plan, and all expenses were covered with no costs.
